Prerequisites
SedonaCloud on-premise environment or cloud-hosted environment deployed version must be 1.24.2 or higher. Also, for current FSU installation, Technicians must be migrated via previous steps.
Beta Signup (If Required)
- Please provide all (Apple ID or Google Play) emails for any beta users in a spreadsheet sent to email SXBeta@Boldgroup.com
- Contact Implementations to confirm the email received
- As soon as your Sedona-X beta is confirmed, you will receive an email from Apple or Google with further instructions for installing the app on your device.
Install the latest Sedona-X application on your device
- Install or Update the latest version of Sedona-X Mobile from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Version 1.3 or higher is required
- When Sedona-X Mobile first loads, you will see an initial screen asking to choose a portal. For this purpose, you will select "Login with SedonaOffice."
- After selecting the "SedonaOffice" Portal, you will now enter your SedonaCloud URL. ex: https://sedonacloudtest.com
- At this point, you will see the Sedona-X Mobile login screen requiring your UserName and Password that was defined in your SedonaCloud User Migration. Enter the login information and press the "Login" button.
