Purpose
QuoteWerks is a third-party quoting application that integrates with Bold Group products.
For WeSuite integrations, another third-party quoting application, QuoteWerks must be shut off for WeSuite to work. This may be a required step in the project process if the customer is currently using QuoteWerks. It should not be shut off on the live database until WeSuite’s Project Manager indicates WeSuite is live.
This document walks through the process of shutting of QuoteWerks.
Process Steps
Follow the steps below to turn off QuoteWerks:
- Login to the perennial server
- Open SedonaOffice License Creator
- Enter the customer Number
- Listed in Salesforce
- Change Use License date to the following days date
- Uncheck ‘Enale QuoteWerks’
- Select Apply
Note: If the company needs to run an update, they will need a new license key
