Go to SedonaCloud site (ex. https://foxtsp.sedonaasp.com:9021/))
Login with B69 or Domain Admin Creds
Capture Instance information (ex. FoxTSP)

Capture the “Https” Port : (Ex.9022)
Goto Admin Tools

Go to Web

Select Web Portal Design

Under Header
Click Browse next to Logo
You want to move that logo to the root of c:\
Go to Advanced

“Take Backup”
Go to License
Screen Capture License Status

Go to Add remove programs
Uninstall TSPlus
An uninstall message will appear, Select “No”

Open to Regedit
Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Digital River and Delete the Digital River Key

Restart Server
Rdp to Private IP address with RDP Port
Get the TSPlus installer and Certificate :
- Grab the Current TSPlus Setup from - \\172.31.22.134\installation files\TSPlus\V16 Current Stable
- Grab the cert.jks from - \\172.31.22.134\installation files\CertJKS\SedonaOffice\Nov 2026
- Copy both files and move them to the Server desktop
Run TSplus installer


Select “Next”

Enter the HTTPS port Number, Click “Next”

Click “Install”



A prompt to install TSplus Advanced Security pops up, Select “Do Not Install”

Finishing Installation…..

Installation Complete, Select “ No, I will restart Computer Later” and then click Finish

Go to Admin Tool and Select Expert Mode


Go To Advanced and Select Backup and Click Restore


Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\webserver and move the cert.jks to the webserver folder
Go To Web and Select Web Portal Design


Change the “Photo Field” to Office
Change the background Color to #FFFFFF (White)
Change the Text Color to Black
Click Logo
Browse to the Root of C:\ and Add the logo

Go to Web Portal Preferences

Confirm if the site settings and remove remote app and
Add Domain “SedonaASP”

Save Changes and Click “OK”

Go to https://license.dl-files.com/login
Login with Credentials (Username: BoldGroup Password: aRPU9RDahN)
Select Activation Keys

Select “Create New Activation Key” ![]()
Name of Server : Ex. FOX TSP
Comments : Ex. FOX TSP
Key “ Click Random” to generate a Key

Click “Add”

Add your company email address ex. Richard.morgan@boldgroup.com
Add the Name of the server (ex. Fox TSP) to the comments
In Both Edition Fields Select “Enterprise”
Select the Amount of Licensed users (Ex. 10)
Select Quantity (Ex. 1)

Click “Assign”
Copy “Activation Key”

Go Back to RDP(172.31.30.195: 9022) Sessions
Go To Admin Tools
Go To License
Select “ Activate Your License”

Paste Activation Key, Click “Next”

Check – Tsplus remote Access enterprise Edition – users
Select – Update/Support Services for TSplus-Remote -Access Enterprise Edition users – 1 year
Click “Next”


Click “Finish”

Click “Ok”
Restart Server (1st of 3 Restarts)
When Server Comes back up, Restart Server (2nd of 3 Restarts)
When the Server Coms back up, restart server (Last Restart)
Go to SedonaCloud Site (Ex. https://foxtsp.sedonaasp.com:9021/)
Make sure the site loads
RDP to the server (1st Connection - 172.31.30.195: 9022)
Connect to the SedonaCloud site (2nd Connection - https://foxtsp.sedonaasp.com:9021/))
Login to the SedonaCloud site using the B69 Credentials (3rd Connection - https://foxtsp.sedonaasp.com:9021/))
Confirm all three connections using the task manager.
