Sales Automation is mainly a desktop module. (It is not part of the Sedona-X app).
Sales Automation module can be accessed on a mobile device by accessing the direct URL link in the browser.

Note: Replace YOURLINK in the URL with your actual company pre-domain company URL/name before the domain (alarmbiller.com) when the website is accessed.
It is very important to log to the exact link that contains https:// in front; not www. or http:// (many required scripts behind the scenes will not work if it is not a secure connection, indicated by the s in https://)
Recommendations/compatibility information:
We also recommend the devices accessing the module to be on the latest operating system, especially the Apple devices (minimum iOS / iPad OS version 14.7.4)
Keep in mind, the module was not designed for mobile devices so glitches may be encountered.
- One main reason would be the desktop browsers can allow multiple scripts run in the background so the module will work properly, mobile device browsers and vectoral resolution have limited capabilities.
