Customer Account
When printing a Customer Invoice or Credit Memo, you have the option to include an Invoice Item Memo for each Line Item.
Each Line Item Memo will allow up to 2000 characters.
The Memo section, located on the bottom portion of the Invoice or Credit Memo, will allow up to 255 characters.
