Issue:
Customer is updating/adding new user groups and need to provide access to allow users to apply credits and unapplied cash.
Resolution:
The permission to allow access to apply credits and unapplied cash is under the AR module in SedonaSetup.
Go to SedonaSetup and navigate to User Groups.
Navigate to the desired User Group that needs the permission added.
Scroll to the AR Module permissions and find the Access permission labeled as Apply Individual Cash/Credit.
If the permission is not selected, check the box and click Apply to save the change.
The user may need to close SedonaOffice and log back in to see the change.
