This service automatically sends transactions done in EFT processing to Forte. If clicking on the Ready tab in EFT Processing shows transactions from the previous day, this service may need to be either started or restarted to push those transactions to Forte.
Overview
Sometimes when the server has maintenance done and rebooting of the server was necessary, this service may not restart as needed and will need to be started manually.
Steps to Start/Restart Service

On the SedonaOffice Server, click Start/Search

Type in services.msc

Click on Services

When the Services Window opens, find and right click on SedonaEFTService, click on Start
** If the service is already started, Right Click, then Click Stop – wait until showing stopped and then Right Click on Start
- After the service is started and depending on the time, may not see the Ready tab clear out until next morning
- Contact SedonaOffice Support if tab does not clear by next morning
