Uusers may note the hold_date field on the SQL table for a customers transactions does not always match the hold date set on the payment method in the customer record.
This is because the EFT Processing screen uses the hold_date field for all transactions, to determine what transactions are past their hold date and can be submitted to Forte. Even transactions you enter for miscellaneous invoices and use Submit Now on will have a hold_date value in data.
The hold date entered on the payment method in the customer record only effects transactions created with Cycling or with Auto-Process Non-Recurring.
