There will be times a list of transmitters is needed. This document goes over how to get that list using Phoenix Reporting. These steps can be used for any version of Phoenix.
Overview
When performing the steps below, the document assumes the user has the correct permissions to do so.
Steps:
- Phoenix Reporting can be opened in different areas. Alarm Processing, Browser, Data Entry or from the Windows.
2. Click on one of the options – Log in using an appropriate user – Click Log In Button
3. Click on Location Data Button
4. Click on either the Transmitter Button – if only want a list of the transmitters in the system or Transmitter Detail Button – if need a list and details about the transmitter
5. Fill in the Title/Subtitle needed – Can run by any of the options, If want all do not fill in any fields – Can select how to sort the report – Can either print or email the report – Once all options selected, Click on Submit
6. Click OK if pop up asks to continue
7. Once report done – click on Print Job Detail Option
8. In the Print Job Detail window – Click on Open button to open the report
9. Report will open in the browser. Can also open the file where the URL is shown on top of the report. The signal list of transmitters will be displayed how the options were checked prior to printing.
