Sedona-X Mobile Setup

This article outlines the setup steps necessary for utilizing the Sedona-X Mobile iOS & Android application with SedonaOffice. This document assumes you have some prior knowledge of using SedonaCloud.

Requirements

  1. SedonaOffice 6.1.0.50+
  2. SedonaCloud 1.21+
  3. Sedona-X Mobile 1.3+

SedonaCloud Setup

  1. Obtain a new SedonaCloud software license with Sedona-X Mobile enabled. Requests should be sent to justin.debaggis@boldgroup.com
  2. Input new license in SedonaCloud
    • Login to the Host portal for SedonaCloud
    • Go to the Preferences page located in the navigation bar
    • Edit the License and License Public Key and input the new software license
    • Go to the Companies page located in the navigation bar
    • Edit each company listed and input the new software license
  3. Enable Sedona-X Mobile on the User
    • Go to the Users page located in the navigation bar
    • Select Company Users in the grid and locate the desired user for Sedona-X Mobile
    • Edit the user and Enable Sedona-X Mobile
    • If desired, link to an Employee in SedonaOffice


Sedona-X Mobile Setup

  1. Download the latest 1.3+ version of Sedona-X Mobile from the App Store for iOS and the Play Store for Android
  2. Navigate to the Settings page in Sedona-X Mobile
  3. Change the default login to SedonaOffice
  4. Add a new endpoint that points to the URL for SedonaCloud
  5. Return to Login page, and enter your username and password for SedonaCloud login.
