This article outlines how to activate Sedona-X Customers in the AlarmBiller Host System.
Instructions
- Select Edit to modify.
- Set the # of users listed on the agreement and the space listed Sedona-X Mobile.
- Select Save.
- Navigate to the Users tab and drill into the user by clicking on the username you would like to activate.
- To activate the app select the product Sedona-X Mobile app for the specified user.
Note: If the # in the Min Sedona-X field is > 0 the customer will be able to activate the app in AlarmBiller setup.
Each additional user that is activated will be billed.
Dealers view in Setup in AlarmBiller once the Min Sedona-X field is > 0 in host.
