This document goes over how to find the current version or revision the server is running for SedonaOffice.
Overview
The steps listed assume the user has the proper permission and has access to the SedonaOffice Server or on the Workstation they are using.
Note: if the customer is enterprise and does any altering or compiling to the update files this information may require their IT to advise.
Option 1 > SedonaOffice Installation Directory
- On the server - Open Windows Explorer
- Go to the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Perennial Software\Sedona Office\
- Locate the file named SedonaOffice Update Log.txt and open it
- the first line of the file will indicate the filename with Revision used
Option 2 > Using Command Prompt or Registry
- Using Windows + R Or Selecting Run from the Start Menu enter cmd to open command prompt
- Paste the following into the command prompt and press enter reg query "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Sedona Development Company\Sedona Office Client" /v LastUpdateFile
- The results will return a path and file name that should include the revision
