Issue:
Trying to install the SedonaOffice Update and we are receiving an error, “A Referral Was Returned from The Server Installing Updates”.
How can this be corrected.?
Resolution:
You can check the Local Group Policy.
Open Local Group Policy Editor
Under Computer Configuration select Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options"
Under the Options check the setting below.
“User Account Control: Only elevate executables that are signed and validated”
Set this to "Disabled".
Restart Computer.
