On Company SQL server -
SedonaOffice Data folder-> Make a new SedonaBackup folder
Make sure logged in as admin
SQL Manager-> SQL Server Agent->Job-> New job->
Name - SedonaBackup
Put SQL script in, change path in script to the folder made above, put desired DB names in the WHERE name IN statement, in the "SET… … @name '_somecompanyname' " statement, put in the company name, run under master
Check under Manage Schedule to find a good time to schedule the job
Schedules-> New-> SedonaBackup-> daily-> time determined above
Right-click the job-> start the next step. This should put the files in the folder made earlier.

Use login info from sub-account
Uncheck all, expand to locate the folder made earlier, and check it
Sub-account will help you estimate how much it needs to be allocated to it and you can throttle the upload if there are complaints
Scheduler-> set time for after the SedonaBackup will finish-> email notification, always notify, ITSupport + their IT guy if wanted
