Resolution:

The error is due to the End Date of the previous tax rate being the same date as the New/Current Effective Date.

To update the Tax Rate, go to SedonaSetup > Tax Tables in the A/R section.

When you open the Tab Tables, find the Tax Table you need to update and click on it.

Go to the Effective Dates & Formula tab on the Table.

There is likely already an Effective Date on the table, but no End Date.  Enter the End Date that the tax should have, and click Apply.
