Description of Issue:
Reports are missing from SIMS III Formwrtier.
Fixes:
- Close SIMS III Formwriter by navigating to File>Exit, then click Yes when the "Are you sure you want to Exit" box comes up.
- Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMS\SIMS III Formwriter\Auto.
- Sort the files by date so that the newest date is at the top.
- Find the newest schedulereports.XXX file with the largest file size.
- Copy that file and paste it on the desktop.
- Rename the extension for that file from .XXX to .bin.
- Cut that file from the desktop and paste it in the root of the SIMS III Formwriter folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMS\SIMS III Formwriter).
- Restart SIMS III Formwriter and click Yes when the "Do you want to generate the past due reports" box pops up.
