What is a DC-09?A DC-09 receiver is a device or software that receives alarm and event signals from security systems using the SIA DC-09 protocol, which is an IP-based standard for near real-time communication between premises-based alarms and central monitoring stations
The DC-09 implementation currently supports both UDP and TCP. (Transmission Control Protocol and User Datagram Protocol)

The installation takes approx. 2 hours (One hour for install and one hour for testing and troubleshooting)
1) install the IP receiver DC-09 (It wouldn't be fully functional until Manitou is upgraded 2.1.47).
2) Coordinate the upgrade to the latest version of Manitou 2.1.47 to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
3) Test DC-09
