Issue Description:
If you follow a very specific sequence.
As reported by the customer:
- Open Alarm Handling, make sure that it is active.
- Search for a customer and use the Advanced “put on test.”
- During the course of putting this on test, an alarm comes in.
- When prompted if I want to handle the alarm I select “Yes”
- The background switches to the alarm, but the advanced test dialog box stays in the foreground.
- You cannot do anything at this point. Nothing is clickable, everything is locked. “Cancel” and “Done” do nothing. You can’t handle the alarm. The only way to get out of this that I have found is to close the tab, and log into Manitou again.
Solution:
We had to add a property on the dialog forms to prevent parent scrolling. Not sure why that caused this weird disconnect but it solves the issue. They will be able to finish or cancel the dialog now.
