Below are the steps to copy the configuration file the production MediaGateway server to a new MediaGateway server.
- On the current MediaGateway server, use File Explorer to navigate to C:\ProgramData\Bold Technologies Ltd\MediaGateway\backup.
- Copy the most recent backup file and place it in the new MediaGateway server's backup directory (C:\ProgramData\Bold Technologies Ltd\MediaGateway\backup).
- Open the MediaGateway Console on the new server.
- Under the "File" tab, select "Load From File".
- Choose the config file copied over from the production server.
- New MediaGateway now has the identical configuration as production MediaGateway.
- You can now cut over to the new MediaGateway Server.
