How to Switch SalesAutomation and eForms from Sandbox to Production

  1. Inform the customer that you are restoring.
  2. Inform the customer that anything created in Sandbox will be deleted and they will have to recreate.
  3. Inform the customer that all users will be deleted and need to be recreated.

Step 1: Log into AlarmBiller

Log in to Host AlarmBiller and type in the search bar the customer account and select

Step 2: Restore the Database

1. Click Restore Button

2. Confirm you want to restore by typing RESTORE and then the Restore button

3. Confirm restore success

Step 3 Turn on Production

1. Turn Cloud Services Services Back (How to Install Sales Automation and eForms)

2. Create a one new Admin User and provide to the customer

3. Delete the previous instance in AB
