- Inform the customer that you are restoring.
- Inform the customer that anything created in Sandbox will be deleted and they will have to recreate.
- Inform the customer that all users will be deleted and need to be recreated.
Step 1: Log into AlarmBiller
Log in to Host AlarmBiller and type in the search bar the customer account and select
Step 2: Restore the Database
1. Click Restore Button

2. Confirm you want to restore by typing RESTORE and then the Restore button

3. Confirm restore success

Step 3 Turn on Production
1. Turn Cloud Services Services Back (How to Install Sales Automation and eForms)
2. Create a one new Admin User and provide to the customer
3. Delete the previous instance in AB
