When submitting transactions to Forte, the below error can occur.
At its core, this is the system rendering a 504 error. 504 is a networking error and indicates that the connection to Forte is timing out. This could be the result of an outage by Forte or a networking issue on the customer’s site. If encountered for a Hosted customer, reach out to Cloud/IT for assistance.
