Deploy 1.25.1+ of SedonaCloud
We should have IT deploy version 1.25.1 or higher of SedonaCloud to either the customer's on-premise environment or cloud-hosted environment via Octopus. You will also have to ensure that IT has set the AppPoolIdleTimoutMinutes option to 0. The will ensure the customer does not have any speed/lag issues when connecting to SedonaCloud
Create a new SedonaCloud license with Sedona-X Mobile enabled
- To create a new license, please go here
- Enter Perennial123$ into the Signature input and click "Create" to generate a new Private and Public Key
- Paste the following Private Key

- Private Key:

The expiration Date should be today but the year should always be 9999
- License to Name should be Company Name
- License to Email should be the authorizing contact
- Paste the following Private Key
- Enter the Max Sedona Companies for Customer
- Usually set this to 99 if there is nothing special outlined in the sales contract
- Enable Sedona-X Mobile
- Set the max sold number of Sedona-X Mobile users
- Click Create

Add New License to SedonaCloud
- Login to the Host Portal of SedonaCloud
- Click on the "Preferences" link in the top navigation
- Locate and edit the "License" row
- Paste in the new License generated from step 11 above
- Click Save
- Locate and edit the "License Public Key" row
- Copy and Paste in the new Public License key found in step 2 from above
- Click Save
Add New License to each Company in SedonaCloud
- Click on the "Companies" link in the top navigation
- For each company listed in the grid do the following
- Click the pencil icon on the far right
- Copy and Paste the new License from step 11 above.
- Click submit
Enable Sedona-X Mobile for Users
- Click on the "Users" link on the top navigation
- Check the "Company Users" checkbox in the grid header
- Locate and Edit any user you want to enable Sedona-X Mobile for
- Toggle the Enable Sedona-X Mobile switch
- Click submit
- Ensure that "Lock Sliding Window" is disabled for each tech
Congratulations, SedonaCloud is now ready for users to sign in
