If your company uses the SedonaCloud API, IT will update the SedonaCloud version at the same time as your SedonaOffice upgrade. This is to ensure compatibility with the all modules utilizing SedonaCloud.

SedonaWeb is not filtering problem codes(14248)
Issue - SedonaOffice problem codes that are not marked to show in SedonaWeb are displaying in the problem code drop down list in SedonaWeb.
Solution - Added a condition to the filter to only display the problem codes from SedonaOffice that are marked to display in SedonaWeb.
Unable to add or update Sales Automation Lead Error returned when pulling in existing customers(17449)
Issue - Receiving error when trying to add a lead when the SedonaOffice customer when ar_customer_bill.is_primary = N
Solution - Added a warning message for this scenario "Warning, Customer has no Primary Customer Bill data identified in SedonaOffice. Please validate this customer in SO. A lead may still be entered and saved as related to this SO Customer, but all address and contact data will only be saved in SA."
Dispatch Endpoint returning wrong SiteId and information in some situations(17885)
Issue - Sedona-X Mobile is displaying incorrect job information in technicians schedule.
Solution - Added a condition to look up the CustomerSiteID from the Job or Service Ticket using the correct CustomerSite instead of using the first one when there are multiple sites.
