Steps in this document should only be started once Amy Nuss has contacted you via teams with a virtual card # or if you are sure there is a positive credit balance
License Procurement
- Login to the TSPlus Licensing Portal https://license.dl-files.com/ and select Partners
- You will be brought to the Licenses section to see all current activated licenses
- To procure more credits for license select Credits from the top bar – it will launch a new window
- Select Buy More license for the appropriate section [Typically the first column TSPlus Remote Access
- Must purchase licenses in batches of 10 at $25 per user + tax - select Order Now – total can be adjusted later
- [Note: All new license request should have an accompanying support purchase]
- Fill out the required fields using the Virtual Card information provided by Amy Nuss and press complete order
First/Last = Bold Group
Company = BoldGroup
Email = sedonacloudsupport@boldgroup.com
Credit Card Info - Provided by Teams Screen Share with Amy Nuss or other secured channel
- This will reload the screen with the applicable taxes
- If processed a confirmation screen will show and email will be sent to sedonacloudsupport@boldgroup.com w/ an Order ID
- Per EverCommerce policy that email must be forwarded to virtual_card_receipts@evercommerce.com
- Repeat steps 5-9 but with the Buy More Support - purchase Support in batches of 10 at $4 per user + tax
License and Activation Key Assignment

Return to https://license.dl-files.com/activationkeys and select Activation Keys from the top bar [if not already loaded]
[The Licenses section will only show Activations Keys that have been successfully activated]

Click the green button Create a new activation key

On the following screen Fill in the Customer/Company Name
Enter the TSP Server name in the comments if it is available otherwise proceed by pressing the blue Add button

Enter sedonacloudsupport@boldgroup.com for customer email and supply the customer in the Comments field
License: Permanent
Quantity will always be 1 - [Unless comfortable with creating a shared key for a multi-tsplus server system]
Click the Button for the desired User Block 3, 5, 10, 25, Unlimited [Unlimited requires 50 credits]
Ensure to set Edition as Enterprise – failure to change from System disables the HTML5/Web upon activation.
**Per TSPlus as a partner there is no cost difference between editions because they all use a credit per user

Press the Blue Assign Button & you will be brought back to the Activation Key screen
