Issue:
We have a user that tagged the box on the printing preferences to “do not show this again” and now they need to make a change but not sure how to bring that printer preferences box back. Do you know the trick?
Resolution:
The user who marked the Do not show again box can go to Accounts Payable
Then go to Print Purchase Orders
The Purchase Orders window will open. There is an icon in the toolbar called Print Preview, that when clicked, the user who marked the box will be able to unmark the box
Once they unmark the Do not show this again box, click OK.
The Printing Preferences will open again.
