Warehouse vs Technician Mode in Sedona Scheduler
If a Tech tries to add a New Part to a Service Ticket and the only option is to select a Technician and not a Warehouse then “Technician” Mode is selected in the Sedona Scheduler.
If the Tech adds a New Part and the Warehouse option is available then the “Warehouse” Mode is selected.

In the Scheduler, select the “Service Options” Tab.

On the “Parts Warehouse” there are two options – “Warehouse” and “Technician.”

When the “Warehouse” option is selected this will allow Techs to choose which Warehouse to pull parts from when added on a Service Ticket.
