Issue Description:
In the Manitou Web Client, when sending additional information using the asap-to-psap process the message comm-center appears but the 'send' button is disabled. This has been fixed along with what happens after 'send' is selected. Works like OWS. Once the ASAP - PSAP contact point is selected, the user is taken to the comm-center (left nav) where they would then press send. Following that the additional reverse command parameters dialog will display. Click OK to send. When sending additional information, follow the same steps but instead of the additional reverse command dialog, the Update Comment dialog is displayed.
Solution:
Bug #33046 - Fixed issues with Sending update messages -> Send button not active.
Apply Fix:
Install the hotfixed 33046-21u30-hotfix-ManitouWeb_setup.exe on appropriate MWC/BoldNetWeb IIS Servers.
