This information can be found by accessing the Managely menu.
Where to go in Managely to find the Forte pricing.
Click on the Setup tab.
Click the eCheck / Credit Card underneath Utilities:
Once opened, you will see the ‘Location ID’ which is your merchant ID with Forte:
