SedonaOffice Service Queue Filters Resetting

This is an issue that effects users in the Hosted environment. When Sedona Office is accessed in the browser, there are some things that do not get saved when the browser window is closed without exiting the program first. If a user states that their Service Ticket Queue settings are resetting, check to see if they are referring to the filterable fields being selected or filtered. If they are cloud, let them know that these fields should persist through closing the program if they use the File - > Exit path to close that than using the tab closure or closing the browser altogether.
