Users will occasionally get rejected transactions with U84 as the response code. When you look at the transactions, see how similar the transactions appear.
In this instance, the transactions are identical. This is not a setting controlled in Sedona Office, but rather from Forte. Forte has protection against duplicate transactions. If the same dollar amount using the same payment method is submitted within a certain time frame, they will reject the transaction using code U84. You can verify that this is what occurred by using the Recreate function on one of the transactions to see if it submits.
