In order to test the above pieces, you will need to:

  • Open the Manitou DB

  • Run "Update MOPTIONS set OPTCHAR = 362 where OPTIONNO = 803"

  • Restart the Broker and Children Services.


**To update the DB manually, go to tables, MOPTIONS table, change select to view more than 200, find OPTIONNO 803 and edit the OPTCHAR field to "362"

  • T\to remove, edit the OPTCHAR field to "NULL"


Once this is in place the options above will be visible for testing.

After testing go back and remove the MOPTIONS either by running "Update MOPTIONS set OPTCHAR = NULL where OPTIONNO = 803"
 

Quick Signals

  1. Open SWS - Maintenance - Setup - Subtypes - Quick Signals

  2. Verify there are some set quick signals or create some if not

  3. Open MNEO - quick signal option should be there via quick button and menu option to test

  4. Test as needed by the customer

Temp Alarm Comments

  1. SWS - Tools - Options - Alarm Handling - Auto display Temp Comments in Alarm handling - there are 3 options.

  2. Test as needed by the customer

Transfer Tracking

  1. Open MNEO - verify in hamburger menu you see Operations - Transfer Tracking

  2. Test as directed by customer

Custom Alarm Cards

  1. MNEO - settings - Customizable Alarm Screens

  2. Add a description and select an event category

  3. Select Column and rows - done

  4. Select the Cog Wheel on an alarm card

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of options, the following Interface Cards should exist

    • Interface - Alarm Details

    • Interface - (Subtype 10 contact type)

    • Interface - Dealer Comments

    • Interface - Audio Zones

    • Interface - Site Notes

    • Interface - Device Card

  1. Using the different cards specified test as needed.

Audio/Video

This piece would need to be tested on the customer side, even if we have the correct options, we don't have the other side to test with

DON'T FORGET TO UNDO THE DB CHANGES
