Windows has a built-in module called Event Viewer. It stores additional information that will help a user diagnose a problem with their Windows platform or any application installed on top of Windows.
The list of possible errors is on page 2. The event viewer will capture 7 types of error logs. Instead of listing all errors, a user may want to filter by only Critical or Error categories to narrow the search. The following steps will filter errors to make it easier to find errors/issues.
In the example below I chose to Filter the current log, then I filtered by Event level and finally, I filtered by Event Source, I chose to filter by Sedona Service. This will narrow the search to the critical and error messages for Sedona Office only.

- Critical Errors:
Major problems that can cause system instability or data loss, like application crashes or unexpected system shutdowns.
- Warnings:
Potential issues that may lead to problems in the future, such as low disk space or outdated drivers.
- Information Events:
Normal system operations or status updates that indicate everything is working as expected.
- Security Audit Failures:
Failed attempts to access system resources, like unsuccessful logins or unauthorized access attempts.
- Driver Errors:
Issues related to device drivers, which can cause hardware malfunctions.
- Application Errors:
Problems within specific programs, including crashes, unexpected behavior, or missing files.
- System Errors:
Issues related to the operating system itself, like service failures or registry problems.
