How to Update to Patch 30

Unzip the patch into your Distributer folder, typically located as follows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bold Technologies\Manitou\Distributer
Open the Distributer Commander.
1. There are new Distributer files that are ONLY in package 1
  1. **Note: The new Distclient files will NOT work with the old Distributer**
  2. Push Package 1 to ALL clients including the machine where the DistCommander is running from
  3. Close the DistCommander
  4. Manually restart the Distributer service on the machine where the DistCommander is running from
  5. Continue with normal upgrade proceedures
2. Select Commands | Update to latest patch (all clients).
3. Click Send to All.
4. Verify the update to 30 for the patch number on all connected servers and workstations.
5. Push Package 12 if customers need to update their MediaGateway (please reference 8190 –Send 'A' through instead of converting to a '0')
Restart services in the MSM.
1. Restart the Standard Import Utility
2. Restart the Media Gateway
In the 30 folder you’ll need to copy the BoldNet_Neo_setup.exe file to your web server.
Once the BoldNet_Neo_setup.exe file has been copied to your BoldNetNEO web server you should right click on it and verify that it’s not “blocked”. You can then double click on it to launch the upgrade.
Follow the prompts to update your BoldNetNEO system.
There is no need to restart any services for the BoldNetNEO update.
