On the Local Computer, sort by Type, then select the SIMSWebAdmin.exe and all of the .dll files to transfer over to the Remote Computer Admin Panel subdirectory.

Next, navigate to U:\simsWeb4Beta\Website folder on the Local Computer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMSWeb IV\Website on the Remote Computer.

In the Local Computer, sort by Type and select all of the .aspx files to be transferred into the Website sub-directory of the Remote Computer.

For the last part of the file transfer, navigate to the bin sub-directory within

U:\simsWeb4Beta\Website\bin on the Local Computer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMS\SIMSWeb IV\Website\Bin on the Remote Computer.

Sort by Type in this directory on the Local Computer and select all the .dll files to transfer over to the Remote Computer.

Once this is done, close the File Transfer.  Go to the Remote Computer and launch IIS (Internet Information Services) and navigate on the left side under Sites to the SIMSWebSite and highlight it.  Then on the right side of the screen, there is an option to Manage Website.  Here is where the website needs to be stopped then started to have the website updates from above take effect.
