Changing the RMR Next Cycle Date in SedonaOffice

When the Cycle Billing for a Customer needs to be Re-run, the Next Cycle Date on their Recurring can be Edited.

Customer Account

On the Customer Account click on “Recurring” and then Right-click on the Recurring Item that needs to be Edited.

Select “Edit”.

When the Recurring Edit screen opens click on the Green Arrows next to “Next Cycle”.

A message will appear asking if you want to change the next cycle date for this recurring item. Select Yes.

Now the Drop-down menu will be available, and the Next Cycle Date can be changed.

Once the Cycle Date has been selected, click Save.

This process will need to be completed for each Recurring Item that needs to have the Next Cycle Date changed.
