If you get calls about operators unable to connect with RDS (Stuck in Loading), like the icon shown below:
Note: Customers utilizing Windows 11 and patched to 2022-09 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET .... as shown below
Need a registry (REG_DWORD) applied to their machine for RDS Connection to work, something with connecting via UDP creating a 'Loading Virtual Machine' loop.
Adding this in case someone comes across the same issue, as Windows 11 is getting install more frequently.
