If the user is on Sedona Office version 5.7.0.99, their encrypted cc and bank information is stored in the AR_Customer_CC/AR_Customer_Bank tables. You can connect and run these scripts to see this information:

If the customer is on any version of 6 or higher, this information won’t be available in the database. This is because the PCI Compliance utility tokenizes the payment methods and stores the full information in Forte.
