This error occurs when the Workstation has an incorrect local update file. The workstation is looking in wrong path for update or that path does not have the correct up to date version of the installer.
The person installing/updating should manually copy the correct installer from the SQL Server or from https://sedonaofficeupdates.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/iisstart.htm to the affected machine and run to properly upgrade.
Once completed whomever Administers the server & workstations should run the SedonaOffice Client Utility on the workstation to update the path
SedonaOffice Client Tools > Auto Update File Location
