Notice on this Release
The new version 2.6.3 of the SedonaFSU application was released on 9/12/2017 and contains one enhancement only.
Enhancements
Resolving Tickets as Non-Billable
In the past, the FSU was set up to show charges regardless of what resolution code was selected for the ticket. This functionality has been changed. Tickets resolved with non-billable resolution codes will no longer show charges on the Accept tab. Labor, parts, and other item charges will continue to show dollar values on their respective tabs, but the totals for each of these on the Accept tab will show as 0.00. The service report for tickets resolved as non-billable will also show with 0.00 charges. The acronym NB will show on reports for these tickets to indicate the ticket is Non-Billable.
Example ticket
Parts with a price value of $40.00 are added to the ticket.
Ticket is resolved as non-billable, so the $40.00 part charge does not show on the accept tab. The 40.00 will continue to show on the parts tab.
The service report for this ticket also shows $0.00 for parts and marks the $0.00 charges as NB.
