Accessing eForms from within AlarmBiller
Click on the ab drop down menu at the top, to the immediate right of the Support tab (the icon is a suitcase with the letters ab)
Click on the eForms option:
Accessing eForms with a URL
eForms module can be accessed on a desktop by entering a direct link in your browser:
https://YOURLINK.alarmbiller.com/eForms/CF
Note: Replace ‘YOURLINK’ in the URL with the pre-domain unique to your company.
It is very important to use the exact link beginning with ‘https://’. Do not use ‘www.’ or ‘http://’ as these are not secure connections, and will cause certain eForms features to function improperly.
We also recommend the devices accessing the module be on the latest operating system, especially iOS devices (minimum iOS / iPad OS version 14.7.4)
Keep in mind, the module was not designed for mobile devices so glitches may be encountered if a mobile device is used. Amongst other reasons, this is because desktop browsers can run multiple scripts in the background to help the module perform at its best, and mobile devices do not have these same abilities.
