Issue Description:
On Manitou installations on Turkish servers (Windows installation w/region set to Turkish), Dashboard Customization wasn't saving or displaying and some Reports were missing entirely or missing Options or Advanced fields. This was caused by the way these regions handle upper-casing letters within the API and so we changed the Manitou Web Client API to properly handle these values regardless of the region involved.
Solution:
Bug #31173 - Fixed issues with Dashboard Customization not saving/displaying when hosted by Turkish-regioned server.
Bug #32278 - Fixed issues with System Reports that were missing or had Options/Advanced fields that were missing when hosted by Turkish-regioned server.
Apply Fix:
Install the hotfixed 31173-and-32278-hotfix-ManitouWeb_setup.exe on appropriate MWC/BoldNetWeb IIS Servers. File(s) located here:
