The following steps will allow you to update a customer’s password to access FSU Management Studio.
Step 1.) Login to following link to access the customers login credentials http://fieldserviceunitweb.customer.sedonaoffice.com:8080/Anonymous/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fManagement%2fFSUWebCustomer.aspx
Step 2.) Click on the Edit when you find the customer
Step 3.) The following screen will populate. You will change the password by re-entering new password and clicking on Update.
