SedonaOffice Add On Modules and Integrations

An alphabetical listing of SedonaOffice add on modules and integrations.

  • 3rd Party – Integrations created by our customers and which BoldGroup did not help create or support.
  • ADI Integration – Connects SO to ADI’s website to allow users to send POs and receive bills directly to and from ADI
  • Parts Updater – Allows customers to perform mass updates to parts.
  • CheckScanner – Obsolete. It once allowed customers to automatically create AR payment batch entries from scanned checks, but no longer works in version 6 and higher due to PCI compliance.
  • Customer Importer – Allows the mass import of customers. Use of this feature goes through professional services.
  • Payrix/Integrapay
  • Barcode – allows the scanning of part bar codes into SedonaOffice to speed up the entry of POs and physical inventories. Cannot be used by hosted customers.
  • ComData – Accounts Payable integration where one time use card information is provided and used to pay bills directly from SedonaOffice.
  • Dashboard - Management level reporting including visualizations and standard reports. Is being discontinued.
  • Eforms – allows the custom creation of edocuments that can be sent to and signed by clients, primarily used for sales proposals.
  • Excel/Access Reports – Allows for more detailed and customized general ledger reporting.
  • Forte – credit card processing
  • FSU - Mobile app allowing technicians to work service tickets and jobs from the field. Customers are encouraged to move off of FSU and onto Sedona-X Mobile
  • Lockbox – allows spreadsheets of customer payments provided by the bank to be imported into SedonaOffice 
  • MailMerge – Microsoft feature that allows the mass creation of form letters based on information from SedoneOffice
  • Manitou – links customer accounts between SO accounting and Manitou central station software
  • Payroll – export of tech timesheet entry to outside payroll software, as well as import of payroll information from outside software.
  • PDF Explode – an old method of emailing customers pdf copies of their invoices. Has not been supported since prior to 2015, and has officially stopped working in version 6.2+
  • Point of Sale – cash drawer module allowing over the counter sales without an associated customer.
  • QuoteWerks - Allows user to import sales proposals into SedonaOffice as jobs.
  • SalesAutomation – allows creation of leads and proposals and the import of those proposals as jobs into SedonaOffice.
  • Sebis – a company that prints and mails invoices exported from SedonaOffice.
  • SedonaAPI – connects SedonaOffice to Sedona-X Mobile, the SedonaOne modules, and allows customers to create their own custom integrations.
  • SedonaBackup – scheduled, automatic backups of customer databases for hosted customers.
  • SedonaCloud (hosted) – Customers we host on our servers.
  • SedonaDocs – ability to upload and view documents in SedonaOffice
  • SedonaEmail – Emailing customer invoices from SedonaOffice (no pdf).
  • SedonaEvents – an event module that was created, but never released. References to this module can sometimes be seen in the program files.
  • SedonaSync – An event builder that can be used to trigger an action outside of SedonaOffice when specific criteria are met, such as emailing invoices to customers, or notifying management when technicians enter incorrect times. 
  • SedonaWeb 2.0 - A customer portal login that allows customers to pay their bills and request service calls online.
  • SedonaWeb Legacy – A customer portal login that allows customers to pay their bills and request service calls online. Replaced by SedonaWeb 2.0, but still in use.
  • Sedona-X Mobile – Mobile app allowing technicians to work service tickets and jobs from the field.
  • Sims - linking of customer accounts between SO accounting and SIMS central station software
  • Stages - linking of customer accounts between SO accounting and Stages central station software. Note that Rapid is a Stages customer, and references to the Rapid integration refers to the Stages integration.
  • Time and Attendance – time tracking software that integrates with SedonaOffice and Sedona-X Mobile.
  • Verizon Connect – pushes service module appointment information into technician location tracking software. Previously referred to as Fleetmatics and Sagequest.
  • Vivid Reports – Accounting reporting that pulls GL information from SedonaOffice.
  • WeSuite – Allows user to import sales proposals into SedonaOffice as jobs.
