Receiving an error when processing second refund

In AlarmBiller you will receive an error if you attempt to do a second refund, for the same dollar amount, using the same payment method, for the same customer, on the same day. If this error happens, please Instruct the customer to wait 24 hours to process the second refund and they will be all set.
