Issues with credit cards starting recently are likely due to Forte requiring TLS 1.2 for connections to maintain their PCI compliance.
If your SedonaWeb is not on version 2.7.53+, we will need to update your SedonaWeb to allow it to use TLS 1.2. This will require .NET 4.6.1 or newer on the web server. The .NET install will require a reboot and the offline installer for .NET 4.6.1 is available here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49982. This is a straightforward install. If you want to minimize reboots/server downtime, I would recommend renaming the attached to a .zip file and then extract and run the registry update to make sure TLS 1.2 is enabled in the registry as .NET 4.6.1 does not do this by default and it will require a reboot to take effect (if you’re on .53+ just unzipping and running this file then rebooting should resolve the issue).
Once .NET 4.6.1 is installed on the web server, I can update your SedonaWeb to 2.7.54. I will need access to the web and SQL servers.
