Issue Description:
OSU is having a problem where they have an EAP to check for insched but this is not working properly. We found that they have a customer account AND dealer that both have the same serial no. This causes confusion when looking up the schedule.
Solution:
Adjusted AppServer processing to check for the entity type along with serial no.
Apply Fix:
- Rename exiting AppServer.exe
- Copy in the attached HotFix File
- Restart the AppServer process
