CredSSP is a 'Windows' issue and easy to fix, have the customer:
1. Open the command prompt (run CMD) or Powershell.
2.Paste: REG ADD HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters\ /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2 .
3. Hit enter.
4. If successful try to open SedonaOffice.
