If a customer changes the default password for SedonaSync 10.0 and they forget their password, they will have to have their password reset to the default password.
These steps can be followed to accomplish the reset.
- Download the executable found on this link. The executable will need to be run on the customer SQL server workstation’ KSPasswordRecoveryTool.10.03.00.zip
- The user will need to know either the SQL server IP address or the SQL server name.
- The user will need to have Admin rights to run the executable, then enter the user ID and password.

Press- Reset Password, then you will see executable confirm Password reset successfully.
