Description of Issue:
This error is received when a user attempts to login to the FSU Technician Management Tool. The pop up appears and prevents access to the Tech Tool.
Using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge using Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode.
If the URL they have entered contains “/ClickOnce/publish.aspx” at the end, they will receive the following Error Message:
Fixes:
Ask them to remove that entire link and re-enter the URL:
https://fsutoolspacific.sedonaoffice.com:4438/
The User should now be able to Add/Activate their Tech in the FSU Tech Tool.
