Quick Integration Information
Climax Telecare Devices are small pendant/jewelry devices with a button that sends a TCP signal and places a call in the event a medical emergency is occurring. This requires the use of both a TCP Connector and Instant Connect, and is compatible with both Telephony Server (Dialogic) and PBX Server Integrations.

Prerequisites
The following items are all needed before completing an install of Climax Device Integration. This should be complete/ready by the Project Manager before scheduling with a technician.
- Manitou 1.6.4 or newer installed.
- MediaGateway with Instant Connect.
- MediaGateway Server
- Administrative login
- 2 to 4 hours of time for installation (If MediaGateway and Instant Connect are already installed)
- Lines mapped to the Dialogic Card or Virtual Endpoints ready to go.
- This means creating a number we can dial to reach the Dialogic Line or Virtual Endpoint.
- Test numbers will be needed for the technician to test the install.
- Information for the customer
- Notepad++ will be installed as part of the installation procedures.
- During install, if possible we would like a test account ready for us to use.
- We will be adding lines into the receiver configuration.
